Use of molding machine
1.震压式造型机： 对震实的砂型再进行压实，可以获得上下部紧实的砂型。常用的是微震压实式造型机，利用工作台下落与浮动的震铁相撞，微震紧实型砂，再进行压实。微震是以较高频率(500～1000次/分)，小振幅(5～25毫米)的振动代替震击式造型机的低频率 (60～120次/分)、大振幅的振动。这种造型机造出的砂型质量好，对基础要求也较低。
1. the vibro pressure molding machine: compaction of the vibrating sand mold can obtain the compact sand type on the upper and lower parts. The commonly used microtremor compacting molding machine is to make use of the collision between the falling of the worktable and the vibrating iron, and the microseismic compaction of the molding sand is carried out, and then compaction is made. Microearthquakes are the vibration of low frequency (60~120 / sub) and large amplitude of the shock type molding machine by vibration of high frequency (500~1000 / sub) and small amplitude (5~25 millimeter). The sand mould produced by this molding machine is of good quality and low requirement for foundation.
2.震实式造型机： 此种造型机又可分为震击式和微震式造型机两种。砂箱和模样固定在造型机的工作台上，利用工作台下落时与砧座撞击面的相撞、砂粒的惯性来紧实砂型。这种造型机噪声严重，所造砂型上部的紧实度很低，已被微震压实造型机所代替。
2. Jolt Molding Machine: this kind of molding machine can be divided into two types: shock type and micro shock molding machine. The sand box and the pattern are fixed on the worktable of the molding machine, and the sand type is compacted by the impact of the falling table and the impact surface of the anvil and the inertia of the sand grains. The noise of this molding machine is serious, and the compactness of the upper part of the sand mold is very low, which has been replaced by the microseismic compaction molding machine.
3.高压造型机的压头分为平压头、成形压头和多触头压头等几种结构形式。其中以高压多触头造型机应用最为广泛。高压多触头造型机压头分割成许多可上下运动的小方块─触头，通过液压缸可获得很大的压实力。压实时，各触头按其下面的模样高度(即受压砂层厚度)施加相应的压力，使砂型获得很高的、均匀的紧实度和硬度。这类造型机都设有微震震击机构，能够适应复杂模样的造型。高压多触头造型机多采用四立柱结构，有单工位式和双工位式。为了适应中小批量铸件的生产，这种造型机多附有模板快换装置，更换模板时，造型机不必停机。采用高压多触头造型，砂型铸造能浇出薄壁、尺寸精确、表面光洁的铸件。
3. the pressure head of the high pressure molding machine is divided into several structural forms, such as flat head, forming head and multi contact head. Among them, the high-voltage multi contact molding machine is the most widely used. The head of the High Voltage Multi contact molding machine is divided into many small blocks and contacts which can move up and down, and the hydraulic cylinder can obtain great compaction force. When compacted, the contact pressure is applied according to the height of the underneath, that is, the thickness of the pressed sand layer, so that the sand mold can obtain high, uniform compaction and hardness. This kind of molding machine has microtremor and shock mechanism, which can adapt to the complex shape. High pressure multi contact molding machine mostly adopts four column structure, with single station type and double station type. In order to adapt to the production of small and medium batch castings, the molding machine is mostly equipped with a template quick change device. Using high pressure multi contact molding, sand casting can produce thin walled, precise and smooth casting.
