1、气压驱动:机械化造型线主要是气压驱动汽动伪主,在力量要求大的机构中,其用的气缸体积显得特别大,不仅机构庞大,而且维修很不方便;在一些行程较大的机构中,由于气缸缓冲不好控制,其运动机构速度调快时机器撞击太大;速度慢时其运动机构速度调慢;机器无撞击时,但机构运行太慢,造型线生产率上不去。对于我国南方地区,由于空气湿度大,气路中空气滤水器选的不合适,使气体的介质中的含水量较大,致使时间一长或放假用时,其元件和管路锈蚀严重,其影响了设备的可靠性和使用寿命。

2、液压驱动:气冲、高压和静压造型线上的大部分驱动采用液压驱动为主,由于国产液压元件质量不稳定,存在着严重的漏油问题,不仅造成直接的经济损失,而且污染环境;有些厂在安装时,由于管理不善和安装公司人员素质不高,再加上在维修保养时不注意把污染物带进油中,致使造型线故障频繁,造型线开工率不高。虽然20世纪90年代以来,特别是进入21世纪,国产液压元件质量大大提高,再加上国外名牌液压元件大批在高档造型线上使用,虽然在造型线上漏油问题存在较少,但有些厂的造型线在制造、安装、出厂试运行、现场安装、调试、维修保养等许多环节上,对介质清洁度纳氏7级(用于比例控制液压系统)和纳氏5级以上(用于普通液压系统)树液压油介质我们一般执行国际标准ISO4406清洁度16/13级,过滤精度要求小于5μm(用于比例控制液压系统)和国际标准ISO4406清洁度18/15级,过滤精度要求小于10μm(用于普通液压系统))的要求未引起注意,造成介质污染使造型线的液压系统故障时有发生,影响了造型线的开工率。
