多触头造型机的特点
多触头造型机可用于各种铸造车间粘土砂上下箱造型，可以单机使用或组成机械化流水线使用，亦可组成半自动线使用。
The multi-contact moulding machine can be used for moulding clay sand boxes and boxes in various foundry workshops. It can be used alone or in a mechanized assembly line, or in a semi-automatic line.
多触头造型机的特点：
Characteristics of multi-contact moulding machine:
1、采用气动多触头压实，没有漏油的困扰；比压适中对型砂无特殊要求，触头数量多（60个）适合于复杂模型造型。
1. Pneumatic multi-contacts compaction is adopted without oil leakage; there is no special requirement for moulding sand in proper compaction, and more contacts (60 contacts) are suitable for complex moulding.
2、本机在压实时，机架不受力，而是由多触头体侧面下垂四根拉杆钩住工作台，随着多触头的向下伸出，进行压实，如果把触头、钩子、砂箱、型板、工作台看成一个系统的话，这种压实力是内力或称内力压实。
2. The machine is pressed in real time, and the frame is not subjected to force, but is hooked by four pull rods hanging from the side of the multi-contacts body. With the multi-contacts extending downwards, the machine is compacted. If the contacts, hooks, sand boxes, profiles and workbenches are regarded as a system, the compaction strength is internal force or called internal force compaction.
