目前只有日本新东，日本东久、美国亨特尔可以生产，但因其价格昂贵在我国铸造行业的实际应用也受到很大限制。它的工作原理是利用压缩空气将型砂均匀地射入砂箱预紧实，然后再施加外部压力进行压实。
At present, this type of machine is the highest sand moulding machine in the world and in China. At present, only Japan's New East, Japan's Dongjiu and Huntel of the United States can produce it. However, the practical application of this kind of machine in China's foundry industry is greatly limited because of its high price. Its working principle is to use compressed air to uniformly inject moulding sand into the sand box for pre-compaction, and then apply external pressure for compaction.
水平分型脱箱射压造型机利用砂箱进行造型，砂型造好后合型脱箱。该机的优点是所造砂型尺寸精度高，下芯比较方便，可实现双工位下芯、生产率高、型砂外泄较少。缺点是砂型紧实度略有不足，所造砂型在翻转，推出过程中容易容易塌陷，再一个是造价比较高，一般客户比较难接受。
