高压多触头造型机压头分割成许多可上下运动的小方块──触头﹐通过液压缸可获得很大的压实力。压实时﹐各触头按其下面的模样高度(即受压砂层厚度)施加相应的压力﹐使砂型获得很高的﹑均匀的紧实度和硬度。这类造型机都设有微震机构﹐能够适应复杂模样的造型。高压多触头造型机多采用四立柱结构﹐有单工位式和双工位式。为了适应中小批量铸件的生产﹐这种造型机多附有模板快换装置﹐更换模板时﹐造型机不必停机。这种造型机的优点是所造砂型紧实度好。缺点是噪声较严重,工人劳动强度大,生产效率低下,环境污染较严重。
The press head of high pressure multi contact molding machine is divided
into many small blocks that can move up and down - the contact, and a
large compaction force can be obtained through the hydraulic cylinder.
During compaction, the corresponding pressure is applied to each contact
according to the pattern height (i.e. the thickness of the sand layer
under pressure), so that the sand mold can obtain a high and even
compactness and hardness. This kind of molding machines are equipped
with micro vibration mechanism, which can adapt to the modeling of
complex patterns. The high-voltage multi contact molding machine adopts
four column structure, including single station type and double station
type. In order to adapt to the production of small and medium-sized
castings, this kind of molding machine is often attached with a quick
change device of the template. When changing the template, the molding
machine does not need to stop. The advantage of this molding machine is
that the compactness of the sand mold is good. The disadvantages are
serious noise, high labor intensity, low production efficiency and
serious environmental pollution.
