造型机的四大结构拆分
机身为一坚固的空心框架结构，由10mm-12mm板材焊接成型，上部通过中心轴、高强度压力轴承与转臂连接，支撑转臂部分摆动。压实时，转臂勾住机身使压实力由机身承受，机身与震击压实机构用螺栓固定在一起。
The fuselage is a solid hollow frame structure, welded by 10mm-12mm plates. The upper part of the fuselage is connected with the rotating arm through a central shaft and a high-strength pressure bearing, which supports the swing of the rotating arm part. Real-time pressing, the rotating arm hooks the fuselage so that the compression strength is borne by the fuselage, and the fuselage and the shock compaction mechanism are fixed together with bolts.
微震压实机构
Microseismic compaction mechanism
砂箱和模样固定在造型机的工作台上，利用工作台下落时与砧座撞击面的相撞、砂粒的惯性来紧实砂型。采用弹簧微震气动压实结构，压实震击使震动增加。起模时夹紧气缸将震实缸体锁紧，落模时夹紧气缸松开。
The sand box and pattern are fixed on the worktable of the moulding machine, and the sand mould is compacted by the collision between the worktable and the impact surface of the anvil and the inertia of the sand grains when the worktable falls down. The spring microseismic pneumatic compaction structure is adopted, and the compaction shock increases the vibration. The clamping cylinder will lock the vibrating cylinder block when the die is lifted, and the clamping cylinder will be loosened when the die is dropped.
起模机构
Lifting mechanism
起模结构由起模油缸、连杆、同步轴、起模架、起模顶杆等组成。
The lifting structure is composed of a lifting cylinder, a connecting rod, a synchronous shaft, a lifting frame and a lifting ejector.
起模时，起模油缸推动模架，拖起固定在起模架两端的顶杆上升，顶杆接触砂箱或起模底板，使砂型与固定在工作台上的模型脱开。
When lifting the mould, the lifting cylinder pushes the mould frame, pulls the top rod fixed at both ends of the lifting mould frame to rise, and the top rod contacts the sand box or the bottom plate of the lifting mould, thus separating the sand mould from the model fixed on the worktable.
考虑到砂型与砂箱重量因素，本型设备均设计为双缸起模，共用一个液压油箱同时向两组油缸压油，并通过一套同步装置连接，保证四根顶杆同步顶箱起模。
Considering the weight factor of sand mould and sand box, the equipment is designed to lift the mould with two cylinders, sharing a hydraulic tank to press oil at the same time to two groups of cylinders, and connecting with a set of synchronous device to ensure the synchronous lifting of four ejector rods.
压砂转臂结构
Sand-pressing Arm Structure
压砂平板固定在可以回转的转臂上，转臂是由球铁材缆接地箱 隔离墩模具 保定电动门 铜狮子 u型槽模具 SMT贴片焊接 收费岛模具 水泥井模具质的铸件加工而成，压砂平板通过前部的螺旋升降机构固定在转臂上，可根据砂箱高度再一定范围内调节压头至砂箱间的距离。
The sand-pressing plate is fixed on the rotating arm, which is made of nodular iron castings. The sand-pressing plate is fixed on the arm by the front spiral lifting mechanism. The distance between the head and the sand box can be adjusted within a certain range according to the height of the sand box
