震压式造型机的工作原理

对震实的砂型再进行压实,可以获得上下部紧实的砂型。常用的是微震压实式造型机(微震压实式造型机 )是利用工作台下落与浮动的震铁相撞,微震紧实型砂,再进行压实。微震是以较高频率(500~1000次/分),小振幅(5~25毫米)的振动代替震实式造型机的低频率 (60~120次/分)﹑大振幅的振动。这种造型机的优点是设备造价低,操作简单,所造砂型紧实度基本均匀,对厂房基础要求也较低。缺点是噪声严重,工人劳动强度大,生产效率低下,环境污染较严重。 The shemer type of the shaker is compacted, and the sand type is compacted in the upper and lower parts.
