It has the characteristics of less investment, quick effect, reduced labor intensity, improved casting quality, easy to master, good management and maintenance. 此种造型线采用气动微震造型机（可采用多台造型机）造型，铸型输送机转动铸型进行浇注和冷却。工人通过气吊搬运砂箱和砂型，以及下芯、落箱、合箱、浇注环轨，落砂机，回箱输送辊道，砂箱等。 This kind of moulding line is modeled by pneumatic micro-vibration moulding machine (multiple moulding machines can be used), and the casting conveyor rotates the casting mould for pouring and cooling.
