射压式造型机
它是利用压缩空气将型砂均匀地射入砂箱预紧实,然后再施加压力进行压实。常用的有垂直分型无箱射压造型机和水平分型脱箱射压造型机。垂直分型无箱射压造型机造型不用砂箱,型砂直接射入带有模板的造型室,所造砂型尺寸精度高,因砂箱两面都有型腔,生产率很高,但下芯比较困难,对型砂质量要求严。水平分型脱箱射压造型机利用砂箱进行造型,砂型造好后合型脱箱,下芯比较方便,生产率高。
抛砂机 利用旋转叶片抛出砂团紧定砂型。抛砂机的特点是填砂与紧实同时进行,机器结构简单、重量轻,适应性强。但叶片易磨损,生产率较低。
6.现代已出现一些低噪声、低粉尘、低能耗、造型精度高的造型机,如真空造型机、静压造型机、气体冲击造型机等。气体冲击造型机利用压缩气体迅速释放的能量产生瞬时压力,冲击砂箱中松散型砂来紧实砂型,砂型紧实度高而均匀。这种造型机噪声低、能耗也低。 The injection molding machine uses compressed air to inject molding sand evenly into the sand box to pre-compact, and then apply pressure to compact.
